Title: Kymco or Can AM?
Post by: flimps on November 14, 2016, 10:56:51 PM
Hi, I'm looking at byuing a quad and I'm between a Kymco and a Can Am.
I havent got enough information to decide for one or the other.

I was thinking at the Can Am L MAX 450, the Kymco MXU 500 or maybe the 700.

For that I been told so far is
Can Am: Better quality and long life
Kymco: More torque and nicer design.

On this basis I would go for a Can Am.

What are your thoughts /experience?

thank you

When I decided on buying my Kymco Like it was mainly after I read all the reviews I could.  Maybe even speak to mechanics at service centres as they may tell you what they think of each brand.

Whom is telling you better quality and longer life on the CamAm?  I bought a Kymco almost a year ago and have NO regrets.
All of the reviews I could find were all positive. Go to the "ATV Connection forum"  on there all machines are broken into categories for each manufacturer, see which machines have posted the most issues or problems buy their owners! CamAm did not offer a machine that I was interested in but I did compare my Kymco to the other major mfgrs and it won in quality, performance and had the most positive reviews on various websites.  But do remember you can get a bad one from any manufacturer!
