This is not for me.  I think they are targeting the gadget, smart phone lovers with this one.

The ad was pretty confusing. Is this just a phone app, or is there a hardware, dashbord installment that is attached to your scooter? If so, then they seem to be encourage distracted driving, which is very dangerous for any 2-wheeled rider.

A google search of KYMCO Noodoe  brought up a lot of websites, but nothing in English.

Is it me? What exactly is this product?

That does help a little, though the translation is a little wonky. Looks like it may be for new generation of bikes, as it's doubtful the new dashboard interface is available for older models.
