Title: SHELL V-Powered LIKE ride
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on October 30, 2016, 08:07:25 PM
Blasted out of town this morning after a tank full of V-Power 93.
First time I've taken the LIKE to my coffee village in 4 yrs.
People asked if I had a 'new scooter?'

The best I can get here is 91 octane. I add seafoam every 4th tank.

Same here, but at least the 91 is non-ethanol.

There's a 76 station in town that has 100 octane racing fuel. The guy told me that it doesn't do anything more for cars and motorcycles as it only prevents premature ignition and designed for high compression racing engines. Said I be wasting $ to put it in my scooter.
