 My scoot is the basic black with dull gray, any graphic artists out there with some ideas to *purdy up* my ride?

You wrote the key word, "individualize", meaning you're the one to choose what you like. I'd say find an auto body/paint guy and ask him what he can do. I like flames, but you'd better have something under the hood to back it up.

my hand grips have flames on them. That is as flamey as I want to be on this thing.

Skulls are always cool. Or those Hippie Flower stickers... The Paint shop is a good idea. I'd guess 250-300 bucks for a QUALITY paint job. Less $'s = less quality

hey there... i know you can get sum cool ass stencils to paint on, like an airbrushed job, then clear over..   welcome to the forum..
