I'm looking for a windshield wiper to mount on my scooter. (Kymco Agility 50 16+)
Here in the Netherlands it rains (lightly) many days of the year, and because my scooter is limited to 50kph, water tends to accumulate on the windscreen as I drive. It means I have to pull over from time to time to use a rag to wipe down the windscreen in order to see where I'm going. I'd be happy with one operated by a hand lever, although an electric one would be even better.
Recommendations?

Sounds like you have a pretty tall windshield if you have to look through it. I'm not sure if there are windshield wipers for scooters, or motorcycles. I have more problems with the water obscuring my visor.

One of the main reasons I do not have a windscreen that is taller than my line of vision is because of visibility while wet, particularly after dark. It is much easier for me to Rain-X my helmet visor and let the wind clear the water off. Rain-X does not hurt my HJC visor. I think your windshield is too tall. There is no practical fix for it. Taking your hands off the bars while it is raining to operate wipers is not a good idea IMHO. :)

Rain-X makes a product specifically for plastic.
Try a couple of applications of it on your screen and helmet visor.
I found that Honda motorcycle spray cleaner/wax beads water quite well also.
