Should I ever being riding with a passenger? I am 190 lbs....My girlfriend is like 110...she wants to know if she can go on a ride with me and I really didn't know what to say???

..i'm about 225...my daughter is @ 90...
....we ride two -up all the time...
..albeit a bit slower on the flats and uphill..
..but we still hit top speed downhill..
..and as long as your passenger moves with you, the A50 handles okay...
: :o

Okay but that is great and I hope I have the same results...but is the bike meant to perform under these weights or could it damage the Lil scooter...
-
...well, anytime you put a greater load on your scoot, things will wear out quicker..
..laws of physics, and stuff like that...

I worry about that myself. I will ride someone short distance, but I try not to. I think it's like towing a boat with a ford focus. It will work but for how long.

If it's only lbs and not kg, it should be ok. Adjust tire pressure and rear springs and get slowly used to the different weight distribution.

Is it even legal to carry a passenger? Not where I live. Need a motorcycle plate and license for that.
BUT, I can park at a bike rack, the plate says "MOPED". Perfectly legal.
So, I got that.

Here's the thing.... if you have enough weight on there to bottom out your shocks and rub a hole through your fender with your tire, then it's too much... otherwise, load her up!!! 8)

in michigan we cant ride two but I see people do it all the time. its just the law here.

I'm surprised to read it isn't legal with a pillion on a motorcycle/scooter in some states.
We (in Europe) know some rare driver-only (1 seat) mopeds too, but every common BMW/Honda/Kymco/Piaggio/.. motorcycle or scooter has 2 seats.
In Switzerland the driving test investigator will even be your pillion rider.

This poor guy should be paid extra wage to compensate for incurred fear. :) :) :)
