Title: Differences between model years???
Post by: boot_scootn on June 13, 2010, 08:04:21 PM
Hello all! I have a 2009 people 150 that I need to get some parts for. I have access to another people, but it's older.... somewhere between a 2003 to 2006.... just trying to find out if they made changes during that time? I'm hoping to use the boldt panels, as well as the head set from the older one and put them on the newer one... also hoping to maybe use the wiring harness. Any info will help. Thank you so much!

Most everything will fit. The engines are the same. the wiring harness will have some extra plugs, but will work on the '09.

What about body panels? Should they be the same? Are there differences between the people S and the people? Thank you again for the help

I know that in some year, but I dont know when, the rear winker lenses changed.   The older ones are very large and bulbous.  To use the newer style lenses I removed part of the reflector with a dremal.    The style of the front winker lenses also changed but they fit the same, just look a little different.

The people and the S are totally different machines.
