Title: MXU 700 broken case

Hello, new to this forum, my wife's machine was running well, until a loss of power, then shut down, the right case half is broken from the inside, towards the rear of the engine below the sight engine oil  glass. The machine has 135 miles on it, sounds like a ratcheting gear noise when rocking the machine.I'm gonna pull the motor down but am wondering why this happened, has anybody heard of a similar problem and is there anywhere to find aftermarket parts for this machine. So far the 700i is the only machine that I cannot find aftermarket parts for.

I don't find parts for the 700 either.
Your dealer parts counter.......??

It would be nice if I had choices in the aftermarket like virtually every other major brand in the world.
