Coming from decades of driving and servicing aircooled VW's ,and other VW's with fuel injection, I found the best of the two in this scooter.
Aircooled simplicity and fuel-injected driveability and reliability.
I was happy to find a scooter with twin discs, twin shocks, big tail light, 12" wheels and the vintage Italian shape ----- along with the utter lack of these parts! :

and I certainly will not miss this....I've ridden in the high 90's and down to 3 °F w/no worries.

FYI - I always found the Bosch EFI in my VWs to be simple to diagnose and repair when needed.
Seriously - the aircooled engine was a big selling point for me. Sure...it leaves a few HP on the table compared to water cooled engines - but I come from VWs remember - HP & speed are way down the list of priorities for my vehicles.

same reason here, well made and modern.
