For testing the auto choke/bystarter, the manual says to try to blow through the circuit when it's cold. The hand drawn picture in the manual shows them blowing through a hole at middle top. From actual picture you can see there is no hole at the top. Any ideas?(http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160823/2eea957d322203c803f2f26449e4db91.jpg)

Although it would require initiative on your part . . look for an exterior casting bump (internal passageway) from the enricher base to carb inlet.

Btw, when I blow into the three different tubes when the scooter is cold, they are all open. On the right and left, I just heat air blowing through, but the bottom, middle one I hear gas bubbling and if I suck on it gas comes out.

Thanks. That was easy. It's the hole on the right. Passage goes right to the enricher.

Ok, so the enricher is working right. It shuts off the passage when it gets hot as it's supposed to.
