As some of you may recall, I bought a People S 200 back in the Spring and joined this forum. I originally purchased to flip it as I thought I bought it at a low price and planned to make a profit. The past few months has been a blast riding the Kymco around town as I completed the original engine break-in as the Scooter only had 180 miles.
Yesterday a gentleman whom had previously inquired and contacted me and wanted to come see it. He was looking for a light weight scooter that could be mounted on the rear of his motorhome. It was love at first sight as he bought it and rode it home. I told Jeff about this forum as he may drop in and hopefully join.
It was a mixed blessing as we needed the monies to fix my truck that I heavily damaged both rear fenders when jackknifing my motorcycle trailer. Unfortunately couldn't file on insurance due to a recent claim. So, these monies will be used towards an indestructible flat bed replacement. I say mixed blessing as I had never owned a scooter in the sub 200cc class and I loved it. Yea, I could have used a little more top end on the state highways but in town, little scoots rock. The Kymco was far more fun riding in urban settings than my Silverwing. I hope to get another Kymco in my future as I was really impressed with my P200.
Like I said before, I like this forum and plan to stick around and kick some scooter tires together.

Glad things worked out for you and hope your trailer woes are corrected soon. Yep, these small cc scooters are just a hoot around town. Not to mention how easy it is to find a parking spot! Hang around and keep mixing it up with us.

I sold my Kymco Movie 150 to buy a Kawasaki 250 m/c and no regrets. I miss that movie all hell out, it was perfect for city driving for me. As I get older a step through scoot will be on my bucket list.
