Title: scooter not getting any gas to carburetor

Hi I have a movie 125 cc scooter.it starts then dies if start .I have noticed that there is not any gas goin through to the carburetor.please help

Change the gas filter and petcock.

Try starting it with the gas cap off, see wassup. Maybe it's not venting, cheap easy test.
