I like this video......
(maybe cause the guy has nice hands ?)
Should give one confidence to try it! I watched as many as I could find before starting.

Make certain you are at top-dead-center before checking & changing anything.
If you do NOT have up-down movement on those adjusters then you are not at top-dead-center - turn engine over and align with "T" again until you feel movement in both valves when you push-pull with your fingers.
