Title: Fiddle 200i fix rocker w/paper clip ??

This is apparently a service bulletin to deal with excess play in the valve rocker arm. (in Turkish I think)
Looks like they are installing a bent paperclip to fix the issue, or ??
Cool looking LIKE-like scooter. A SYM product - priced @ $2999 in USA for the 200i version.

My memory is getting worse: did/does the Like have roller followers on the rockers? I know her (wife) Like had no springs to hold rockers in contact with the valve stems.
