Spotted the neighbor with the pair of LIKE200i's as I was heading off on my DayOne morning ride.
He came over and gave me a big hand shake when I told him this was the first day of my retirement.
I'm going to get his LIKE running again so we can go looking for trouble together. And maybe his wife's LIKE as well.

(probably only need fresh batteries - I have 2 OEM YUASA's to give him - and new spark plugs - have a couple of those - change the oils and check the valves just 'cause it's so much fun, check tire pressures - check various nuts and bolts - a dab of gas treatment, check lights and signals - maybe a wash & spray it down with some nice Honda spray cleaner......
Since it's a LIKE200i with EFI it will start as I reach for the starter button!
Figure to make a day of it - three LIKE's in the garage at the same time! What a photo op!
Just gotta be nonchalant about it - so I don't scare him off. Only a weirdo would want to tune somebodies scooter for fun. (he looked hard at me when I told him I had 2 stock YUASA's for his LIKE's that I would give him. "What?...I'm going to run an advert in the paper for two scooter batteries - in this town??!" I took him into my garage and showed them to him - still in the YUASA box.) He's 4 houses down the street - so pushing them over here is no problem.
I may have to go down and knock on his door and give him $5 to let me work on his scoots! What's he got to lose - they're both dead in his garden shed.
