Title: rear springs adjustment

I just bought a 250 s people and found the ride home very stiff or hard..felt every bump.
How do you adj those springs in back with that tool..it looks to me that one side is set to stiff and the other soft.

Just hook the bottom adjuster and give it a good firm turn. They MUST be equal
