Title: Super 8 125 engine in a Super 8 50 scoot?

Does anyone know for sure if this is possible?  I have a chance to buy a 125 super 8 engine / transmission unit and wondered if it would be a straight swop into my Super 8 50.? Anyone know?

I'd like to know too.

Further to this, does the super8 50 2t have the same engine as super9? (Minarelli type)

..the super9 is a different breed unto itself...

..still wondering about the dual shock thing from the other post...
