Title: Xciting 300Ri How to reset odometer to 0

Can some one tell me how to put my odometer back to 0 i have 20 000 km in one  year and i like to put it back to 0.

Usually the odometer is not resettable.  Only the trip distance, if you have one.

If you are in the US it is a crime to tamper w/ the odo. They can be re-set, but it is a certified factory process.

All that being said...Run a cordless drill Backwards on the ODO cable until you reach negative #'s. That should do it!     Just messing w/ you. The ODO is federal in most countries. Mech. ODOS are suspect, and digital ODOS, are programed. WE have no more say in the KM's

...it's all a moot point on unregistered 50 cc scoots in north carolina, as they arent registered...

..how ya'll think i racked up so many miles on mine??!! (hey axy  :P)
