Title: Also...was i supposed to get a manual and toolkit, i did not get those.

The dealer will often times throw your kit into another sale. Just bring it up the next time you visit, or call to verify he will have the kit next time. It doesn't cost him a dime so there should be no problem.

All I got was a spark plug wrench.  It's a long bugger stuck to the underside of the seat with a thick black rubber band.   I didn't notice it till I'd had the scooter for several weeks.

Yep, tool kit (sort of), sparkplug wrench (long dude...) and a manual.  My took kit was under the seat held in place by a little strap thingie.  Sounds like they stuck the spark plug wrench where to took lit goes.  I dumped my took kit out to look at what came with it.  I laughed...  :D  You can download the manual on line, it does have some useful information.
