Post by: Dark13 on May 03, 2010, 01:02:46 PM
i finally got a chance to really take things off and change out parts just to find out that the clutch springs i bought are too small

so anyone know of a place to order stiffer clutch springs?

yea they are so much shorter even stretched a good bit they wont fit

they would have to be pulled straight for the clutch to even open

in fact just in trying to install them i ended up permanently outstretching one

I noticed also the shudder the maxi scoots complain about. I can make it happen if I try to just roll vs. turn the switch on. Those guys must baby their scoots toooooo much. Hit the gas, and no shudder. That's my new reply/motto.
