what would a 1000 torque, +50 clutch spring do to my agility 80cc ?
just reading some of the forum on others changing it ...... just wandering what are the benifits
of it?
-
..i'm running a 1000 and + 15% springs on my stock setup and they work great!!!
..never set up an 80cc kit, but i'd bet that the 1000 and + 50 would work out for you pretty well...

The improvement will be felt in the lower rpm range. The +50 springs will hold the clutch shoes in longer allowing higher rpm's at "launch". The contra spring has the effect of holding the lower "gear" longer giving more response from the throttle. You should be quite happy w/ the set up.

Would using a stronger torque spring have a similar effect as lighter rollers?

I wish to find those springs in roumania :( until now i saw just on international links ...

Yes, by using the stronger spring it also helps with belt slippage as well though.

Ok, I still have 5 and 6 gram rollers to try as well as 1500 clutch springs, soon :-) Could someone buy them and post them to Romania?

2000 springs are good? I still have the stock variator with 5 gr rollers .the cool part is that the shiping is free :D

I bought the 1500 ones from them, waiting to get everything else setup so I can try them.

..the 2000 might be too stiff your your scoot...i'm running a 1000, and have contemplated trying a 1500...

The 2,000's may be too much for your scoot. I run around 13 hp, and found them too stiff for mine. You could ask in an email if they would still do free shipping on a set of three. (1,000-1,500-2,000) It's best to have them all as you may like one better than the other.
