Title: Fully Derestricting agility 50

I just bought a 2006 agility 50 and i am trying to find all the parts i need to derestrict the scooter.  Is there any one site that would have all these parts, also a step by step instructions on how to do this.  Any help would be great.

Just something i have found out today, a deresticted agility runs an 82 jet with a stock box and exhuast. Yours should have an 80.
You will also need the variator bush if yours is not smooth and to do the mod on the cdi to get rid of the rev limiter.

If you search the forum you should find pictures and guides on all of this.

Im not exactly sure but i think you need to do this :
Buy a smooth variator bush and exchange it with the old one.

There might be a plastic piece in the airbox. Remove it.
Change the mainjet from 80 to 82 or maby 84 or 85 ? You can buy all three sizes and try them all.

Note if you change the mainjet you also need to remove the plastic thing in the airbox.
And if you remove the plastic thing you also need to change the jet.
Other wise the air fuel mixture will not be right.

I have seen that someone have cut in the CDI box do derestrict it... you can try if you want to but you might destroy the box so do as the final restriction.

what plastic piece from the airbox ? I didn't find anything in the airbox ...

..i didn't...the dealer did...cost me $120.00 too...
