Seemed like no one cared for carb and auto cock I'm selling but maybe you guys will be interested in a Technigas exhaust.
It's used but in good shape. Needs a little cleaning for aesthetic purposes but fully functional. I'm selling it because I have a stock carb and don't feel like messing around with jetting, just want to replace it with stock pipe. Easy to install, bolts right on. If interested, give me a reasonable offer. I think we all know how much they are new. I will do a straight up trade for stock if it's in excellent condition. Will also trade it for a stock Kymco People 50 exhaust.
-
I am interested in trading for my stock exhaust, your exhaust is for an agility 50?
Where are you located? My exhaust is in excellent condition it is black with a black guard on it. My bike is an 09 Agility 50 not much use on exhaust scoot wasnt used for half a year.
-
It's for a People 50. Not sure if it fits Agility.
-
I wonder how we can figure it out, do you have the dimensions of your exhaust?
-
OK I took rough dimensions since it's back on the scoot now. The entire length is about 27". 6" from top of muffler to bottom of the exhaust pipe. Muffler itself is 10" as a reference.

Here's a link to product description on manufacturer's site

I just found the agility 4t, and the people s 4t take the same pipe. (# 609505) The people 4t uses a different part# but that just may be the mount. A call to technigas will answer that.
-
I emailed technigas about the differences If they are the same or not too much different that a couple mods wouldnt take care of would you want to do that trade?
What is the model number on that exhaust i know that this number will work for sure 0609505
-
It's a Technigas Next R but I want to be sure that your stock exhaust will fit my People 50
-
I asked them if they were interchangeable so we will see!
-
No response from technigas yet I will have to call them on monday I'll let you know
-
I got a response from technigas, and they said if your people is a 4 stroke then they will match up, if its a 2 stroke then it wont!!! So are you interested?
-
Mine's a 2 stroke.
-
That's what I said before guys! Ask T.G. If the mount is the ONLY diff. on the pipes. The pipe to me looks the same. If the mount is the ONLY diff. then the swap makes sense.

I have a kymco people 50 with stock exhaust and would love to trade

Took the scoot to a shop and they replaced idle jet. Runs like a champ with Technigas now. Now I want to find an aftermarket air intake and replace that unsightly air filter box. Any suggestions on where to look?

You need to know the O.D. on the carb. to get a good fit!
-
Thanks for suggestions guys. How do i know which one fits. Is the opening size all that matters? Will I need to mess with jetting again?
-
The opening, and the over all size that will fit your body style. I recommend keeping all the stock air box parts as sometimes you can re-use a snorkel/clamp to make a better fit. You will need to re-re-jet. Usually 3-4 sizes up does it. Say you have an 88 main, Try a 95. Re adjust the idle mix screw to richen up the bottom end too.
