Title: Where can i get a de-restricted variator boss!?
Post by: toboggan on March 28, 2010, 01:43:53 AM: Hey all, new here and new to kymco!
Been working on Hondas forever now and know just about everything about those, but now i need to know where to get a Kymco Agility50 de-restricted variator boss, and a derestricted CDI, i screwed mine up the first time i did it! Any step by step instructions?

Post by: joeboy on March 28, 2010, 01:54:22 AM: Hi there, I am over in the UK and luckily enough mine had a derestricted boss already in it. There are a few threads with pictures of how to do your cdi its not hard just be careful and stop when you have cut through the wire.

If you could take a look at my post, i need to know where some bits got on my agility as i bought it in bits. If you could just take a peek at yours and answer my post asking where things go.

I will try and find the pics for you and post the link to the thread

Post by: joeboy on March 28, 2010, 02:35:16 AM: I just got a new cdi already derestricted from ebay, you need to look for the GY6 DC CDI. Thats the one you need.

When you get a minute can you let me know where those pipes run to on your scooter.
