Does cutting the cdi and changing the boss get you better or worst gas mileage and if so what will it be?

...worse mpg, but it gets you waay more mph!!..

..7-10 mpg for 5-7 mph...something lke that..

..probably..

Yes! Quick Enough? More power = more fuel! It is all relative though.
