Title: custom exhaust?

has anyone tried making their own exhaust?

or even know of a what is involved as far as the math (figuring out the flow rate ect.) goes?

Check out Scooter Invasion.  There are some guys there that make their own pipes.  They use the formulas in Jennings and Bells books.

..with all my mods, i'm still using the stock exhaust with good results...

OK i just wanted to make the exhaust on it look better i may re paint it or something  :-\
