Does anyone know if pulling light wait trailers behind your scoot is good for the scoot would it hurt anything
-
That's pretty cool! I don't see why it would hurt anything!
-
Probably wouldn't hurt anything, but I'm not sure about how practical it would be from a performance standpoint.
-
Do you suppose that would have to be registered for road use? (Tag)
Judging by the picture, once you filled that baby with ice and beer it wouldn't be all THAT light. ;D The way that's hooked up it might cause unexpected wheelies!
-
I think it's awesome. There have been a few other members w/ trailers! Never heard anything bad at all. In fact I believe it would be too easy to forget it's there. Since I don't have a helmet, I keep the beer, and ice under the seat. If I can just find a long straw... I know, Don't send MADD after me. I only drink in the liquor store parking lot!

I dont think you have to worry about wheelies, all the weight is on the trailer and not the bar connecting to your bike. That is a pretty cool idea have you tried it out yet? I would love to get something like that to put my dog in I bet she would love riding on my scoot. I would worry about it bouncing around and throwing your balance off though, especially at higher speeds. Let us know how it works! Oh yeah dont forget get cans, not bottles to put in your cooler!!!! ;D

o ya I take it every wear I put a blow up boat in it a pull it behind another older scoot.
works out great.just didnot want to pull with kymco to much unless I found out it was ok and dont hurt the scoot.

guys,
I'm looking for a trailer like Blue's to hook behind my people 150. Any Ideas where I can get one ? Would like it to be street legal
Thanks,
Jerry

Ebay , good luck .

I've seen some people use a bicycle trailer to pull behind scoots before. Burley makes a real nice one called the D'lite. Up to a 100lbs capacity and it folds up. I don't know any street legal ones. You may just have to mount up some lights.
-
in michigan all you have to do is have a orange flag on scoot. it means slow moveing. and must beable to see the scoots lights so the trailer needs to sit low .and you are all good. but lights are good
-
Must say I haven't seen a trailer on a scooter before, though I did see a scooter in Port Broughton with a sidecar, that made me look twice. Never did see what make it was.
-
Let me ask something, Is the trailer on Blue's scoot. one of those yard work handy cart deals?
-
I bet you could get something like that from Northern Tool and equipment if you have one around there
