Nice video! It was a beautiful day! Your scoot sounds so quite and smooth running, congrats! It looks like you drop quite a bit of speed between uphill and downhill. A 70cc kit would solve that! ;)

Excellent, a few kilometres per hour doesn't sound like much but on a scooter every little bit makes a big difference, good stuff.
P.S. I didn't like those cars going past so close, they should have a bit more respect, if a truck did that to them they wouldn't like it.

..my only problem is that when i do it, it's gotta happen quickly...can't have my scoot down for an extended period of time

..that crack happened when my scoot got knocked over while parked at work...
..need to fix it before it gets worse...lol..

..a few is all it takes to make the difference...
..yeah, that's not my usual hour to be travelling that road...the ppl i usually ride with have grown to respect me a bit...they've seen me every day for the last two years, rain or shine....i don't hog the road, and i'm a bit quicker than some other 50cc scoots...

Slinga, great vid mate, and gotta admit there is nothing better than the sound of a 2 stroke on song. I love the sound of my scoot with the big pipe, but yours just makes me smile. Now, off with the head, thinner gaskets and a clean up of the ports, and lets see how she goes then........

I thought the 50s were 2 stroke! What pipe and mods have you got, cause it sounds really sweet on song! (even though I now feel like a tool after my last comments....)

..don't sweat it, man...no worries...
..still have th stock pipe...no engine mods at all..
..I run a C8HSA plug, instead of the standard C7..
..K&N air filter with a 102 main jet in my carb..
..malossi variator with 4.7 gram Leo Vince rollers..
..white 1000 malossi torque spring with red +50 Leo Vince fly clutch springs..
..other than that, i just keep my oil changed often and proper valve clearance maintained..

They tax us fairly well to keep the roads in good shape.

=))) thats the problem in romania they tax us but for nothing ... I managed to find a filming camera and I will try to atach to my helmet or my scoot to film the road from my home to faculty :)) ..

WHERE IS THE CAMERA MOUNTED AND HOW ?

...it was an old 5mp kodak still cam that had vid capabilities...
..i used a bit of velcro on the back, and on the lower front of my full-face helmet...
..secured it with electrical tape to reduce vibration...
..it was a trial and error process to get the cam into the best orientation....
..crammed a bit of foam rubber where needed to get a decent angle...

I tried to mount a small video camera to the scooter above the speedo but was too much vibration. I have now got a mount for the boulevard so when I can I will give that a try.
