Title: Agility 125 r16 problem

Ive got agility 125 with 7tkm on. On cold weather it just stop working. Does not even starts. Just starter going on and on.
Then after several weeks he starts again, one week doing fine, and then dead. Left me on work day......
No spark on plugs. Looking for problem i saw 1-2 sparks and nothing more....

Coil with cap is fine....broken but OK...
Can i test cdi 8pin or pulser and starter coils with something?

Just to drive it to service, 2nd year warr......

Please, help

Bought new NGKC7HSA standard plugs...
Broken on connection to coil, but OK..I think...coz spark jump once, and on unimeter got 8,5kohm....
Kick start does the same as button...

Something to test electric parts....have only original service book...

Post by: zombie on March 03, 2010, 09:33:07 PM: It is probally not your problem but the "boot" that fits the spark plug is replaceable. it has a threaded rod in the center that un-screws from the wire. you can take it to any motorcycle shop, or good auto parts house, and they can fix you right up for under $10.00. If the manual slinger supplied doesn't have the resistance values for testing the electrical parts, I have some basic values for the coil, and stator. Just post the color wires coming out of your stator, and I can give you some readings to compare.

nada...

but I checked pulser coil and kicked it few times...kymco started roughly....

can i take it down and clean it?

pulser coil is on 2 screw, that i can see...meant to take these 2 off and clean pulser coil contacts...

what can i say, 90% of time is pedal to the metal driving.....and first to break down is coils, on a car too....blame, me...

i miss old cars with no electric part - but future is on electric cars - bloody hell...

BTW Regards to Axy, im from Hrvatska too.... :D

Take a look below what can cause issues during cold start.
First thing to check is resistance within choke circuitry, provided that there is spark on the plug and there is gasoline going out of the carb.

But something to add is, when started Agility run poorly and sometimes chock...like drop dead..

When I try to add power fast it just stop working.....slow its OK....then normal to high rpms.

just in half opened carb fast, it shuts down....

Sounds familiar to somebody....?

Post by: zombie on March 07, 2010, 03:20:35 PM: Sounds like the main jet, and or diffuser is clogged up. I'd do a THROUGH cleaning w/ spray carb. clean and I use sewing needles to clean the jets. You have to COMPLETELY disassemble the carb to clean it right.

Spark plug was .2-3, it has to be .6-7.......stupid me....

now run better...does not switch of in middle rpm....

At the end I do not really know wtf is wrong with the bike....ive checked all....all OK..to me

Going to Mr. Kolak service to 7k warranty check...
