The variator bushing will make a noticeable difference of top speed, should give you at least a few extra mph.  As for the rollers, I hear from other people they are running between 4.5g and 5g.  These should improve acceleration.  Also, consider changing your clutch springs as well for improved take off (about the first 30 ft or so), the main spring for faster recovery after slowing and hill climbing.

Hi, what size (mm) should the rollers be? I will be fitting 5g rollers but am unsure of the size. Also where is the spacer thingy in the variator?

Sorry Kymcoagility50 for hi-jacking your thread  :)

According to the manual they should be 16 X 13mm rollers.  I would consider some Dr. Pulley sliders, I've been using them in my ZX50 for awhile now and I love them.
