hello, i put K&N free flow filter on my agility 50, what main jet do you advise me? now i have an #86......
thank you
-
you will need either 100,102,105. you'll need to do plug chop to figure which one you need.i currently use a 107.5 with a stage 2 uni filter and 82cc bbk open exhust.do not run your engine lean.you will seize you piston rings.
-
...I'm running a 104 main jet with my K&N...
..however, as customx said...plug chops are the only way to know what you need for sure...
..I've heard of ppl hear that are running no more than a 90 jet with a free flow filter...
..if i tried to run a 90, i'd be walking before too long...there are different builds of these scooters
..all 139QMB engines are not the same..mines a CK139QMB-2...
..every factory installed carb is not the same...
DON'T RUN LEAN!!!
peace

90 or 95 is good? (my is 50cc)

90 or 95 is good? (my is 50cc)
..there's absolutely no way anybody can tell you whether or not a 90 or 95 jet will work for your scooter...not from here...
..you must do plug chops to know...
-
ok, so i put an 96 jet today, it seems work very good....the plug chops is good...
-
96 jet with free flow filter is very good! now i get 80kmh when before i get only 70kmh...good
-
That is a good gain. Glad to hear you got it nailed. What exhaust are you running?
-
original exaust...
-
I know it is a big investment, but if you do change your exhaust you will have to up the jet size again... Glad to see you got it though.
-
..awesome!!!
..i hate going slow...80 is much better riding experience than 70...lol..
...hhmmm.......feeling a mod coming up in my near future.... ;)
-
Put it ALL on the forum. Thought process, and all...
-
how much gas dose your scooter eat now :D ? ( in liters per km please)
with stock 50cc + 96 Jet + free flow filter
with bbk 80cc + bigger jet + free flow filter (if someone has)
i don`t want to change anything and regret it later..so i ask first :) (mine eats 2.4l stock)

I have successfully reduced MY fuel mileage from 70+mpg to 32mpg. MY goal is below 30mpg. There's no typo here. Scoot did 35 mph stock, and now does 62-63mph. Twice the fuel for twice the speed. From this point gains become exponential.
-
With my rough estimates on my last tank/gallon I got 26mpg! Dumpin fuel like a mo fo! ;D
-
You probably could flame out your exhaust. I can see it now... Nissan skyline exhaust flamer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_xkRzHUldc#lq-lq2)
-
Damn! My luck I'd probably catch my leg on fire!
-
MMMMmmmm spontaneous combustion suspected in N.C. Scooter remains found at the scene.
-
...sounds like crap....

I think that is a lap top controlling the injector pulse width. Purposely flooding the engine to get the fuel for the burn. Did you see the guy lighting his cigarette? Had to be in front of a bar...
