E10/E85 Fuel is safe or not for 4 Stroke/2 Stroke scooter like Super 8?

E85 is not usable in ANY scooter that I'm aware of, as it's 85% ethanol, and requires a special engine that can use a nearly all-alcohol fuel.

E10 works fine, but many people complain that it gives lower mileage, and can damage internal components. I can't speak to that, as it's nearly impossible to find ANY fuel other than E10, here.
