The description in the link you sent us says: OEM 33100-LDC8-E10 Agility 50 LED Headlight Scooter
It looks like the headlight assembly on an Agility 50.
You should be ok.
Question is, why do you want an LED headlamp? Are you trying to blind oncoming traffic? I personally think LED headlamps are excessively bright and pose a danger to oncoming traffic.

You need a BA20D for the Kymco Agility. Import from China for around £3 each, they are much better than the standard bulb as they do not blow over the terrible roads.

I use these and order several at a time:

LED bulbs do not blind oncoming traffic at all. It is the set up of the headlight that blinds others, if its pointed in the right direction it will never be too bright...!
