Title: Kymco 90

My son has a kymco 90 fourwheeler. We can crank it but cannot rev up the engine at all. The throttle will not move any at all. The lever wont push in at all almost like the cable
is stuck somewhere.

check your cables going through the frame, or see if is kinked,  follow the cable from the throttle too the carb.  and see if the carb lever is stuck,
