Title: Read this plug
Post by: paceneedsstides on January 10, 2016, 08:39:30 PM
Not sure if it's good or bad 5 miles at WOT then last 1/4m WOT then killed it and coasted into driveway.

It if was a 4 stroke I would say it looks like you are a tad rich, but not necessarily a bad thing. The black may be normal for a two stroke. Pictures a little fuzzy to tell if there's any carbon build up though. I don't' see anything particularly alarming if the bike runs good. I would be much more concerned with a white, ashy plug. Anyone else?

Thanks for the reply Paul the consensus over at 49ccscoot.com is I'm a tad lean so I'll be taking the 103 pout and putting in a 105 jet tomorrow after work. It's a new plug only had 4 or 5 miles mostly at WOT and killed it at WOT to coast into driveway.

I agree for a 2 stroke it looks a tiny bit lean, 105 should be good.
