Hello, I'm Italian, sorry if I can not write .. I have 50 people 2t, boiler 47 malossi (70cc), cast iron .. carburetor 19, variator malossi, the scooter is 100 kilometers per hour ..
It recommended airsal 47(70cc) aluminum a band or two bands? for more performance ..

100kph is 62mph, I think you are already very fast. I don't think airsal 70cc kit is any better than Malossi, or not that much better. I thought airsal piston only had one ring. Do you have tecnigas exhaust?

Yes, I think band is the same as ring. Sorry, I can't answer your question. Cheers

Airsal more one and done racing type setup 1 ring is mainly for racing when you plan to tear it down and rebuild very often. Malossi is better quality you have a good pipe you want to tune to make most of your power at 9400-9700 rpm with that pipe and BBK what weight roller and what strength contra spring do you have?

You might try porting your current kit like this: http://www.pedparts.co.uk/blog/tuning-a-polini-70cc-sport-cylinder-basic-porting (http://www.pedparts.co.uk/blog/tuning-a-polini-70cc-sport-cylinder-basic-porting)
Or for more performance read this on which is the best high performance BBK: http://www.pedparts.co.uk/blog/malossi-sport-vs-polini-sport-vs-stage6-sport-pro-70cc (http://www.pedparts.co.uk/blog/malossi-sport-vs-polini-sport-vs-stage6-sport-pro-70cc)
Use Google to translate them if needed.
They don't test the Airsal, but the Stage 6 kits look fast with a really nice wide power band. Just checked and I can't find a Stage 6 kit that fits the People. Too bad.
