Title: 2013 UXV500i electric fuel pump

I just purchased a used 2013 Kymco UXV500i and was wondering how long the fuel pump should run when you turn on the key.
Mine runs for about 8 - 9 secs before shutting off. Also, what's the starting procedure for these? Are you supposed to wait until
the fuel pump is finished building psi? Does the gas pedal need to be depressed when starting?

My 2014 MXU 450i does the same thing. I wait until it is finished before starting. It is fuel injected so no, do not touch the gas pedal. Let it warm up until the rpms drop to idle and take off!

I wait for the buzzer to stop, but not the fuel pump
