Title: Headlight and tail light have stopped working

We purchased a 2013 agility 50 just about 3 weeks ago. The low beam has stopped working and last night we learned the tail light has stopped working a well.
I have checked the bulbs, everything is fine. I checked the fuses, both of them are fine.

I am not sure what else it could be. Any thoughts?

check the relay.which is up under the front plastic. Or check the wires make sure nothing is bare.I have had a bare green wire befor that was rubbing on the frame of the scoot.

After reading more I have also learned that there is a big chunk taken out of the CDI.

Maybe someone tried to restricked  the scoot at one time. But Im not sure if the cdi has anything to do with the lights.
