Helping out at Moxie's. They have a Bet and Win 250, the radiator is spewing cold water into the overflow tank. The temperature gauge is reading normal. We replaced the hoses, water pump and the thermostat. Radiator has been flushed. We are trying to figure out where the blockage is. Any recommendations to resolve this issue is appreciated.
Thank you

You have something pressurizing the cooling system. Probably a head gasket or head leak. Hoofbeats. Look for horses not zebras. Radiator cap should be pressure tested/inspected for being stuck open to overflow jug.

There would be overheating if there was blockage. What was the issue to bring the machine into the shop- overflowing overflow tank? Why were hoses changed as well as pump?

Bet and win is VERY hard to bleed all the air out. Take the small hose off the thermostat and let all the air out. Raise the front wheel and run the bike until air bubbles stop coming out. If your problem persists you might have a warped head, mine had this and I had the machine shop deck the head and been running great for 10000mi
