51°F overnight.....and here comes.a yellow Metropolitan and a red Reflex joining me for coffee at my fav village! 2 scooters!first I've seen in months.
This week. I also met the owner of a Swiss army Austrian made pinzgauer (sp?), made by Puch/Steyr....probably butchering those names - but cellphone has never heard of them! :-)
Imported in Arizona after they reach 25yrs the owner told me. His wife's car! The guy did a great job parallel parking!
Funny how this military vehicle pi ssed off so many in this liberal village!
He saw my US ARMY plate frame on my Burgman....not enough room on the scooter for a Vietnam Medic bumper sticker.
Nice guy. Cool ride.. with his giant golden Lab riding shotgun :-)
Sad business in Paris....when I was in high school there it was commonplace to see police on street corners holding submachine guns....due to unrest from Algerians and president De Gaulle's fear of them , and his own army.
