Title: Kymco Parts for Repair

My friend wrecked my xciting500 for me after having bought it 5 days before the wreck.

I'm going through my insurance to get it repaired. The shop that is doing the repairs is also the shop where I purchased the bike from. They are a Kymco dealer and they are letting me know that they have to order the parts from Taiwan.

Has anyone had to order parts from Taiwan and knows about how long it takes  to get the parts back? The shop is telling me that they think it will take about a month to get the parts.

How did it all work out for you? Thats really sucks, was he just unable to handle to weight, power, or was it something worse?
