I have been wondering about this since I bought the Agility, earlier this year. This rear bake is more theoretical than helpful. Has a huge pull length and would not completely stop the scooter.I know the front is where most of the stopping power comes from, but Ive not encoutnered a rear break as loose as this. Is this normal? I'm do for a service on it anyway, I should just have them look at it.

Sounds like you just need to adjust your rear brake. I just did the same thing the other day. Look at your rear brake drum where the brake cable connects to the lever that activates the brake when pulled. At the end of that cable is a nut. Turn that nut clockwise once or twice and check your brake lever. The nut has a saddle so it turns in 180 degree increments. Keep doing that until you get the brake lever to engage at the point that you're comfortable with. I set mine to engage about 30% pull.

The rear brake is cable operated, and will always feel more squishy than the front hydraulic brake. You can adjust the rear brake for whatever stiffness you prefer. On the left side of the rear wheel is a little adjusting nut that you can turn to make the brake stiffer or looser

Turn it until the wheel starts to drag a little then back it off a turn or two and they should be perfect, the drum brakes on scooters actually work decently, if you have it adjusted correctly it should be able to lock up the rear tire.
