I bought KYMC 2003 and I has replace new battery. No clock show and no engine start up, complete dead but able to turn light on signal left right or headlilght on but no engine start up complete dead. Check fuse look good. what else am i missing?

if hasn't run in awhile, carb probably needs to be removed and cleaned...
