Title: 2005 People 250 - Should I buy?

I came across a 2005 People 250 (not S model) recently on Craigslist.  Original Owner wants $1680.  Seems to be in good condition with 4500 miles. 

Good price?  Any concerns about this particular model I should be aware of?

IMO, too much. KBB dealer retail is $1,535 and trade-in value is $995. A fair price would be somewhere in between these two values. I paid $1,000 for my 2006 with around 5K miles on it.

Thanks Scooterlar!  I'll be looking at it tomorrow.......make my decision from there.
