takeing the emission controil off your scoot. does that give the scoot any kind of power or no. its a 50 cc gy6 scoot.it has a tube on the top and the bottom of the head and on each tube is a big air filter thing.is it  ok to take of the scoot.or will I have to pinch theam off.to seal theam up.
