Can you put a intertube  in a 10 inch 3.50 moped tire. I wana try a tube from a dirt bike tire.

I've done it to old 70's cars with tubeless tires to get more miles out of them. As long as there's no protrusions on the rim to rip the tube why not. Others may have more specific advice though.

The tire has lots of miles left on it. Pulled a peice of wood about the size of a golf tee out of it .the hole is to big to batch.
