Replaced the coil and plug wire on my 2011 kymco agility 50cc and now its slower than crap. I'm maybe doing 25-27 mph. What the heck. Help.....[emoji35]

Replacement ignition coil source?
Ohms readings (http://www.motor-land.nazwa.pl/ksiazki_serwisowe/AG_50_RS/AGILITY50-15.pdf)?
Did the plug wire include a new spark plug cap?

Yea it came with everything and ohms are exactly where they were before.  I'm curious if its because its a cheapo
