does anybody here knows where to get the service manual for free? thanks.

Urbestfriend searched the world over and it ends up,  it's just easier
to download a manual for 7 or 8 dollars.  There are a number of choices
and although the manual is in Engwish,  the table of content sections
are not.   Unfortunately I can't remember which site I dealt with.

Sweet site, but I did not have any luck finding the correct service manual.  I'll keep looking, however!

I have one for the 500 - got it from the above site - old one - pre FI - but covers most stuff

I have this copy which covers both the 250 and 500 - except it isn't the FI versions...

FWIW - the 250 and 500 share everything except the engines and the instrument panels (the 250 has a lower top speed).
