Not a super 9 question but a kymco question

Is a kymco vitality 2t engine the same engine that the pepole 50 uses?

I have a vitality engine lying around and i got a great deal on an people 50 2t with a busted crank.

Just looking to make some $$

It should have some kind of markings.  And there might be a section in the forum about the vitality... I know there's one for the people.

The engine itself is almost exactly the same, although the People 50 has a Long case 2t, where the vitality has the short case due to wheel size, crank will swap no problem but you cant exactly swap the engine bike to bike, the 16" wheel won't fit in the vitality case, and if you use a 12" wheel on the People case it'll be sticking out an extra couple inches.

If done right, could look pretty cool with 16" wheel on front and 12" wheel on the back.  Of course, would need to stretch the frame and lower the seat, probably needs some ape hanger handlebars too, lol's.  Good thing I don't know how to fabricate and weld, has saved me lots of trouble of the years.  Cheers

The handling would be odd as well,  I'd imagine
