Title: UXV 450i service question

Is there a aftermarket oil filter( like K&N or Fram) crossover that you know of and what wt oil are you guys using

140147 is the part number and for a HiPro filter. Fairly good quality and reasonable price. This filter fits both of your machines.
Your local dealer, any brand dealer, can get for you through a distributor named "Tucker Rocky".
Use any hi quality motorcycle type oil. Oils from Suzuki, Kawasaki or Yamaha ( I like YamaLube personally) will work well.

I found a cross reference for oil filters on the forum from another member and I've been using the Bosch 3300 oil filter with valvoline atv oil.

The wix oil filter cross reference number for the 450i is 51359

I bought a Bosch 3300 oil filter for my 2015 UXV 450i and it won't fit...the OEM oil filter is a HI-Flo HF 138 which has a M20 thread...  I got a HF 138 oil filter on eBay for $8...  I also used Shell Rotella T6 5w40 full synthetic oil, which I use in all my small engines, to include our Skidoo's. 8)

HiFlo 138 translates to NAPA GOLD 1359 and WIX 51359

just came from NAPA with a NAPA GOLD earlier today
